Coach Andy
Andy coached collegiately for 12 years and has coached club for nearly 20 years. Most recently Andy has been the Head Coach at Navarro College in Corsicana, TX. The Bulldogs won the 2019 NJCAA Division 1 National Championship with a 31-0 record. Cavins was NJCAA Division 1 National Coach of the Year and also recruited and coached the NJCAA National Player of the Year.

Prior to Navarro, Andy was the Head Coach at Lindsey Wilson College in Kentucky for eight seasons. He is the all-time winningest coach and during his 8yrs had a record of 272-38 including 8 consecutive NAIA National Tournament appearances with two NAIA Fab Fours, four straight national quarterfinal appearances and one National Championship in 2017.
His club teams qualified for Nationals at varying ages from 2012-2024 including the #1 overall seed at the 2024 18s Nationals in Baltimore.

Coach Jessica
This will be coach Jessica’s second season assisting with the boys’ program. Jessica was a multi-sport athlete at Letourneau University excelling in both Tennis and Volleyball. She was a 4x All-Conference Tennis player in the American Southwest Conference in addition to being named a distinguished scholar-athlete. She also led her volleyball team in hitting percentage her senior year.
