My name is Richard Mendez and I have been coaching volleyball for the last 15 years, 8 years of recreation and 7 years combined of competitive and club. My philosophy in coaching is focusing on team unity. You cannot have a successful team without working together as a unit. I believe in enhancing the skills in the game of volleyball and then translate the work into team oriented skills.
