Head Coach - Jessica Kirkham
Being an athlete was a huge part of my identity growing up. I was a softball pitcher, freshman on varsity, D2 early commit and club player. Volleyball was my “fun sport” I started playing because my friends were all doing it. Fast forward through a career ending injury, that identity evolved to coaching and supporting athletes.
I have coached for nine years across various age levels and competition levels as both a head and assistant coach. I truly love working through the tough stuff with athletes and helping them realize their potential. I spend a lot of time on and off the court building my skills and techniques so that I can show up my best for the girls.
In 2023, I recognized my passion for working with athletes evolving and decided to pursue a masters degree in sports science to become a mental performance coach. I graduated in December 2025 and have loved incorporating mental performance into my philosophy and approach as a coach.
