Head Coach - Julie Paulson
I grew up in Texas but moved to Washington where my love and passion for volleyball began. Some of my favorite memories were made as a club volleyball player. After suffering a season ending injury, I began my journey in coaching and I love helping create those memories for my athletes. I coached at Cedarcrest High School for 2 years, and started a small feeder club where I coached two years in Duvall, Washington.
I then decided to take some time away from coaching where I got married, moved back to Texas, and graduated from the University of North Texas. I have been married for 20 years and have 3 kids (17,14,11). I have been coaching in NT region since 2012 and have experience coaching all ages.
As a coach I love the opportunity I am given to have a positive impact on each athlete on and off the court to be great athletes as well as respectful teammates. I strive to teach strong fundamentals and I love seeing them develop throughout the season. I believe in hard work, but it is also important to have fun while doing it.
